| Normally, the first step in buying a deck involves a face-to-face appointment at your home, at no cost, with our salesman. |

In most cases, we are able to give you a price for your deck during the sales visit, although we will not pressure you for a commitment at any time. If you live outside of our normal service area, we would request digital photos of your home, as well as an idea of the deck or porch project you have in mind. This is usually all the information we would need to give you a price for a deck building project. |
| If you choose us to build your deck or porch... |

...we would quickly get you a set of plans for your township to review, and then assist you with any questions that you may have about getting a permit, if a permit is needed. (For a nominal fee, we can handle the entire permit process for PA customers only). We would also give you an estimated start date for your deck building project. As the date approaches, we would keep you updated if any delays were to occur due to bad weather, etc. |
| For most decks, we would finish approximately 4-5 days after digging the first hole. |

We will take care of scheduling all deck and building project inspections. |
