Our building materials come mostly from Lancaster County suppliers who we’ve known and trusted for several years.

AZEK
Vinyl

Rail
Vinyl railing, from Superior Plastics Products of New Holland, PA, is our most popular choice in low-maintenance deck railing. Superior offers a wide variety of colors and picket styles, and backs their railing with a lifetime limited warranty.
Aluminum
Rail
Powder-coated aluminum rail offers a wrought-iron look without the rust associated with iron. Our standard square picket, curved top-rail design is made by Key-Link Aluminum Products, a subsidiary of Superior Plastics, and comes in three beautiful colors (black, white, and bronze). You can also choose from the various colors and picket designs offered by Shrock Fabrication (www.shrockfab.com), another trusted Lancaster County source of powder-coated aluminum railing.

Beams
Another added option for a AZEK vinyl deck is a vinyl covered beam. The combination of a covered beam and sleeved posts creates a uniform vinyl appearance, as seen above.
Sleeved
Support Posts
Vinyl sleeves for support posts are a common choice for customers who desire vinyl decks, but don’t want to see bare wood posts holding up the deck. Vinyl support post sleeves will complement the decking and railing, and will protect the post from the cosmetic flaws that will show up on treated wood posts over time.

Columns
Round vinyl support columns add elegance to a deck without sacrificing structural integrity. These seamless vinyl columns (also from Superior Plastics) are reinforced with a stainless steel interior and mounting plates that exceed building code requirements.
Vertical
Skirting
Vertical skirting seals off the underneath area of a deck, inhibiting weed growth and preventing animals from making a home underneath. It also performs the same function of both the covered beam and sleeved posts—protecting from cosmetic flaws and providing a uniform vinyl appearance.
Lattice
Lattice performs much the same function as skirting, while at the same time letting sunlight in. Lattice is available in both vinyl and wood.
